PERSONALITY TYPE TRAINING

Last Saturday (10th March), Arif Minda Learning & Development Unit conducted special training for Efficient Corporate Resources (ECR) executives at De Palma Hotel Shah Alam. Topic covered was 'Understanding your personality type'.

This course is part of our monthly training program with ECR management. Few courses has been conducted since September last year such as: Negotiation Skills, Creative Thinking, One Team to Win, How to Manage Stress and Risks Management. Training facilitators are En Izhar and En Hakim.
