This workshop will be held at Kota Permai Golf Resort, Kota Kemuning Shah Alam on:
14th June 2008, 8am to 5pm.


Each participant will learn and able to:
· Have empathy towards others in the macro-team
· Enhance the relationship among team members
· Create harmony at the work place
· Analyze the internal climate and identify areas that need improvement.
· Draft on initial solution plan to address pressing issues.
· Deal with the rapid changes at work
· Alternate their role as a Leader and Follower
· See issues in their organization in a refreshing perspective

* A lot of group activities will also be conducted relating to these subjects of taught
